A local business based in Willenhall require an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk for a permanent contract. The client is well known in their sector and take pride in their service. They are a small and friendly team with a professional and hardworking ethos.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be working in a finance team ensuring all suppliers transactions are processed accurately. The main part of the role is to raise sales invoices. You will also allocate cash coming into the business and reconcile the sales ledger. Bank reconciliation via MS Excel and checking for any discrepancies. You will also be responsible for chasing debt and dealing with invoice queries. Other adhoc duties and cover for holidays and sickness.
You will have 3 years’ experience in a similar role, excellent oral and written communication skills. Good organisational and administration skills along with excellent attention to detail. You will have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and have proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with using excel spreadsheets to a basic level would be an advantage.
The company offer excellent working conditions and onsite parking. Working hours 8.30am – 5.00pm or 9.00am – 5.30pm, although some flexibility involved. 28 days holiday and company pension.
