A local service business based in Penkridge require an experienced Project Administrator for a permanent contract.
Project Experience or Prince 2 Foundation (preferable but not essential) and a minimum of intermediate skill level for Office 365 including a high level of PPT experience and skill. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of IT skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to work to deadlines and under pressure and have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals, internally and externally, clearly and concisely. You will have high attention to detail and ability to produce work to high levels of accuracy. Confident telephone manner and adept at video conferencing such as Zoom and the ability to work as an effective team member.
Reporting to the Project Team Coordinator, you will be delivering into projects, meeting deadlines, and reporting any issues. Liaising with the account/project managers, clients and suppliers and assisting in the co-ordination of resourcing and delivery of new projects. You will be dealing with issues and assisting with effective solutions and data inputting, analysis and producing reports using Excel. You will offer general support to consultants in booking meetings and organising hospitality and telephone liaison with clients to chase invite responses and address client queries. You will be providing holiday cover for other team members and general administration and associated tasks delegated by Senior team members.
The company offer excellent working conditions and onsite parking. Working hours 8.30am – 5pm and a good basic salary of £24,000 – £25,000 with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
