THE COMPANY

Our client, an established Dudley based business, require a Payroll/Finance Assistant for a Permanent contract. It is essential you have relevant experience in a similar role and ideally with an Engineering background. REQUIREMENTS

You will have a good understanding of the payroll and accounts function with 3 years plus experience. You will be looking to work in a small and friendly team. Knowledge of Pegasus Opera will be an advantage and Advanced MS Excel skills.

THE ROLE

The role reports to the Financial Controller which is working in a small and busy team. You will be responsible for processing of the monthly payroll system and control of the banking & cash book. Posting of receipts and payments onto Pegasus Opera 3 system and general duties to assist the Financial Controller. You will deal with multi currencies and VAT calculations and be involved in month end payments.
