Our client, an established business based in Penkridge require an Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.
Ideal experience will have some a strong admin background. Some finance knowledge and invoicing experience would be an advantage but not essential. You will be IT literate and have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels. Good strong and accurate keyboard skills are essential and a can-do attitude that can cope at busy times. Role could go permanent after 8 weeks.
Working in a small but busy team, you will be responsible for booking hotel accommodation all over the country for employees. You will also assist the finance department with posting invoices onto the system, scanning invoices and general administration. The role is based in the office through training and then 2 days per week at home.
The company offer good working conditions and onsite parking. Working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with ½ hour lunch. 25 days annual leave (Xmas closedown takes approx. 4 of these) + standard Bank Holidays. Salary is £19,000 – £20,000 depending on experience.
