Our client, an established business based in Albrighton are recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone social media savvy who wants to work for a premium business in a busy, fast paced role.
Experience in social media is essential, you need to understand how social media pages are set up and how to respond to customers. You will have a background in a customer service environment and be organised, have excellent written English language skills as well as the attention to detail to double check your work and the work of others. You will be polite and have a friendly manner, experience of dealing with queries and he hardworking and professional at all times. Knowledge of working with US and Overseas suppliers would be an advantage.
We are looking to recruit an experienced, hard-working and professional Customer Service Assistant for a busy customer service department. You will have a passion for all things Social Media and will be responsible for logging and replying to complaints/customer enquiries on all social media platforms. This includes Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Queries can be broad ranging from very technical queries to queries regarding deliveries. You will be office based initially whilst training with a view to some working from home once the probationary period is completed.
Offering a salary of £10.00 per hour. This is a permanent role or could be a temporary to permanent opportunity. Hours are full time 8.30am – 5.00pm, 5 days a week, Monday to Saturday NB this will include alternative Saturdays with a day off in the week. Onsite parking and canteen, lovely office surroundings and 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
