A local manufacturing business based in Uttoxeter are currently recruiting for an Administrator on a permanent basis. The company are well known for their high quality, bespoke product which they supply to businesses in the local area within various sectors including distribution, automotive and construction.
You will have a proven experience in admin with a customer focussed approach combined with excellent organisational and time-management skills are essential to fulfil the role. The position requires good inputting skills with a good attention to details and a good standard of education. Ideally you will have knowledge of the engineering and manufacturing sector and be able to multitask and have good administrative skills. The role is to start immediately.
Reporting to the Company Director, you will be working in a small and friendly team in offices near to Uttoxeter town centre. You will be responsible for the whole sales order process, raising orders, reviewing and checking using the bespoke systems, inputting and sending of enquiries, quotations and order confirmations. Involved in other adhoc duties including buying and some sales. You will develop excellent customer relationships and offer a professional pro-active service at all times as well as deliver administrative support for customers.
The company offer good working conditions and onsite parking. Working hours 9.00am – 5.00pm. Role will be to start in March from offices which have a full risk assessment for COVID-19 purposes.
