Our client based in Stone are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new sales forward. The client offer a full range of new pallets and reconditioned pallets from their manufacturing site in the Staffordshire area.
The business are looking for someone who is driven to go above and beyond for their customers. You will be proactive by nature and committed to delivering a first-class customer experience, therefore strong communication skills (verbal and written) are key to success in this position. You will have B2B sales experience in a target driven environment with outbound sales experience and you will be able to demonstrate success with achieving/exceeding these targets. A valid UK driving licence is essential.
Your role as a Business Development Executive will be to maximise and retain existing business alongside the conversion of new clients. This is an office-based role using phone and email to engage with a diverse range of potential clients, from sole traders through to large businesses. You will generate leads from an existing database of customers, convert these leads into client visits and then meet clients and promote the company service and product. In this role, you will be striving to meet commercial targets and working in conjunction with the operational team to ensure excellent customer experience. You will also be responsible for real-time reporting via CRM and constantly looking for efficiencies within sales processes and operational functions.
The company offer good working conditions and onsite parking. A competitive salary of up to £25,000 per annum with the opportunity to earn a bonus. Working hours are 8.00am – 5.00pm, 4.00pm finish on a Friday.
