A well-known legal firm near the centre of Stafford who cover all legal requirements for individuals and businesses are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive existing opportunities forward and to liaise with external agents on current and new projects.



Excellent communication (both persuasive negotiation and listening) skills, detailed knowledge of successful electronic marketing systems and methods. You will be innovative, and creative and able to offer tailored solutions to clients. Whilst all applications will be considered, we expect the person appointed will have not less than 4 years’ experience in legal marketing or within another area of professional services. We would also be delighted to hear from qualified lawyers who wish to focus their future careers in marketing having undertaken a pro-active role in business development whilst practising.


Offering a salary of £25,000 – £30,000 Hours are full time 9.00am – 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch. although shorter hours will be considered for someone local who is looking to return to work around school hours. Parking and other benefits.


The client base is diverse ranging from large corporates, SMEs, entrepreneurs and individual clients. As a Marketing Manager you will be working closely with the senior management team, implementing policies and managing the firm’s PR, Business Development and Client Assessment. You will be able to work effectively within the firm, harnessing ideas, implementing initiatives and project managing and assisting with the design, implementation and management of the marketing plan and business development policies. External and internal communication is paramount along with liaising with specialist legal teams to understand their objectives. You will manage relationships and events with clients, intermediaries and all relevant contacts and organising seminars, client and networking events. You will have total control of all branding and PR communications, press releases, accreditations, legal service directories and awards. You will also be able to identify new service and fee earning initiatives, in-house training on business development, ensuring that the firms’ brand, online presence and social media activity are tailored and targeted effectively to engage directly with your potential customers.
