Ideally you will be at AAT studier with the ambition to work hard and progress. You will have advanced MS Excel skills and be analytical. With a couple of years’ experience in a similar role you will understand the purchase ledger process and have a good eye for detail. Accuracy is important in this role along with good communication skills and a professional outlook.
Reporting to the Financial Director, your role will be varied. Working in a medium sized team, you will be used to a busy environment that is every changing. Responsibilities will include posting purchase ledger invoices and credit notes to supplier accounts including non-UK invoices. Checking supplier invoices again purchase orders and reconciling supplier statements and credit notes. Assisting with month end purchase ledger and ensuring all rebates are accounted for. Raising reports for KPI’s, statistics including internal sales reporting, Intrastat and EC sales to strict deadlines. Investigate discrepancies and processing credit card statements and expenses. Other duties will be involved at busy times.
Salary from £18,000 – £19,000 Auto Enrolment Pension and free Parking. Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage.
