REQUIREMENTS

Ideal experience would be 3 years knowledge of ledgers and management accounts and a good standard of excel. The skills required are; IT literate, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, the ability to effectively communicate at all levels both internally and externally, ability to work on own initiative making various decisions in line with best practice, excellent time management and the ability to work alongside a team.

THE ROLE

Working in a small team of 5 staff you will receive full training on the company computer systems and processes. You will be responsible for purchase orders, journals, supplier payments, client billing documents, client and vendor transactions, bank reconciliation and credit control. Working in a small team your role will be varied and very customer focussed ensuring the client and corporate standards and policies are met. You will respond to queries from internal/external customers relating to any type of financial transaction and resolve these quickly and efficiently. You will support the business through the provision of financial services, including collation, analysis and reconciliation of financial data for clients with come management reporting.
